Our team
Glen Pegher, owner
Glen is the owner and operator of Bluegrass Foam Insulation, LLC. He is passionate about helping people learn about the benefits of having a well-insulated home. Glen’s goal is a to be a trusted insulation contractor that provides quality services to homeowners and commercial entities alike.
Glen comes from a generational line of insulation contractors based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Glen’s grandfather started an insulation business after returning from the service after WWII. Since then, several generations of his family have continued working in the insulation industry. Glen worked in the foam insulation business before deciding to serve his country by joining the Army. After years of traveling with the military, he chose to settle down in Harrodsburg, KY with his family.
Glen’s time working with injection foam insulation in the past led him to decide to bring this business to his new home. He believes in both the efficacy and value that injection foam insulation brings to both commercial and residential applications. Glen brings insulation experience, operations management expertise, and leadership knowledge to our business. Additionally, Glen personally conducts and supervises all of the work that Bluegrass Foam Insulation completes.

Ashley Pegher, office manager
Ashley is Glen’s partner in office management for Bluegrass Foam Insulation. Ashley is available to help answer any questions you might have about the process of injection foam insulation or to see if your project is a good fit for the insulation services we provide.
Ashley is happy to schedule estimates, assist with billing, and more. She manages online bill pay, document signing, and more. Ashley has a love for customer service. Her background in nursing helps her bring a caring and positive attitude to the business world. Ultimately, Ashley’s goal is to make the process as streamlined and enjoyable as possible for our customers. She enjoys working with people and helping clients live a more comfortable life in their homes.
Ashley and Glen love working together as a team in both business and in life. Together, they share four children and a farm full of animals!
